Workplex is designed with privilege protection at its core. Documents submitted for analysis are processed in isolated environments, are not used to train AI models, and are not retained after the session ends. We maintain a zero data-retention policy for all client case materials.
Contact information is used solely to respond to inquiries and communicate about our platform. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest (AES-256), SOC 2-aligned access controls, and regular security audits. Our infrastructure is hosted in U.S.-based data centers.
