By accessing or using the Workplex AI platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a law firm or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Workplex AI provides AI-powered document analysis tools designed to assist licensed attorneys in reviewing medical records, identifying IME conflicts, and preparing work product for workers’ compensation defense matters. The Service is a decision-support tool — it does not constitute the practice of law and does not replace attorney judgment.
All outputs generated by the Service are marked “DRAFT — Attorney Review Required.” You acknowledge that AI-generated content must be reviewed and verified by a licensed attorney before use in any legal proceeding, court filing, client communication, or other professional context. Workplex AI, Inc. is a technology company, not a law firm, and accepts no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.
The Service is licensed exclusively to licensed attorneys and law firms for professional legal work. You may not use the Service to:
We maintain a zero data-retention policy for case documents. Uploaded materials are processed transiently and are not retained after session completion, not used to train AI models, and not shared with any third party. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Workplex AI platform, including all software, models, interfaces, and branding, is the exclusive property of Workplex AI, Inc. Work product generated from your case documents remains yours. You grant us no rights to your confidential client materials beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workplex AI, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service, including reliance on any AI-generated output. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
